Quick Start

Set Up Swarm in the MESHLE App

MESHLE Swarm is presence-aware lighting: your lights follow people through the space, brightening just ahead of movement and dimming where no one is. Follow the steps below to set it up. It takes a few minutes.

Step 1

Download the MESHLE App

Install the MESHLE App on your phone, then open it. Use the download badges below to get it for iOS or Android.

Step 2

Add and configure your devices

In the MESHLE App, add each light and sensor you want to control. Make sure every device is online before you continue. The short video below walks you through it.

Step 3

Create a group

Create a group and add all the devices that belong to the same area. The Swarm icon appears once a group exists, so every light and sensor in your Swarm must live in one group.

Step 4

Open the group and tap the Swarm icon

Select your group from the tabs at the top of the screen, then tap the Swarm icon in the bottom-right of the menu to open Swarm setup.

Pick your group from the top tabs, then tap the Swarm icon (bottom-right) to open Swarm setup.

Step 5

Configure Swarm settings

Swarm setup opens on an empty grid. Work through the six steps below to map your space, link your real devices, and preview the result.
